Absolutely terrible service. Took my money and left me with an unfinished job. It's been almost 2 months and nobody will return my calls or emails to give me any kind of update. I will be advising people in the self-build campervan community to avoid this company.

Avoid at all costs. Was asked to pay £250 for a quote for caravan repairs and any repairs would be deducted from the £250. The inspection was done called the next day to arrange work told the £250 was for the inspection and repairs would be on top. Lied to and £250 down with no work done.

The worst service ever was booked in for cylinder head repair £1000 on 10th Nov phone repeatedly to get updates was always told waiting for parts. Got the van back 23 Dec with a wing mirror from another vehicle jammed in the engine bay, smoking worse than it went in and leaking coolant into the cylinders and oil everywhere and a fuel injector zip-tied in place. Returned the van on the 27th a week later I was told the cylinder head was cracked and they wanted another 3500. Got the van back and again fuel injector zip-tied and the engine cover missing. Sent them back with it came back again leaking oil told me it was turbo 1400 quid. Came back a week later engine light on returned it a week later picked it up got as far as the petrol station and engine light back on. Took it back fitted another new turbo under Warranty and again the same well 3rd time lucky got it back beginning of March. Even now it's still not right I went back today because it's still leaking oil and he just said it was fine when it went. Bring it in next week and we will have a quick look OK. Sorry mate after spending 6 grand at your place and a lot of lost time and work I give up and with that said I will be recommending absolutely any garage apart from these.

WASTE OF GOOD MONEY. The worst experience we could have. We booked a pre-purchase inspection with Fastlane for a Motorhome. We pay as requested in advance, and were told we will get the report on the same day, on average within 2 hours of the inspection. This suited us, as we had put a deposit on the vehicle to be able to visit it (due to covid rules) and had to make a decision fairly quickly to recover the deposit even if the price was much higher than the other company which we had considered. The inspection was booked for the 31st March. We didn't receive anything from them on the day and started calling on the following morning. We chased over the phone and we were told we will get the report asap, which never happened. 6 weeks later we have never received a report. We have chased over the phone, we have been hung up. We have sent emails, completely ignored. We succeeded to get a reply via Facebook, reconfirmed our emails, chased for the report or our money back and there again we got the most unfriendly attitude; eventually, they blocked us out. The manager would not even give his name. We paid £595 for an extensive written report on the vehicle and not for them to have a test drive. We are now taking the company to court.

Fastlane Autocare 07943 185471. Do not trust these people they will rip you off you will pay upfront and they will not do the work as promised. They are a rip off merchants. I phoned them as a local garage in Manchester and they are in St Helens but they don’t tell you that. They will come out look at the problem but will not repair it they will tell you the office will quote you the cost but will not. They do not give you a receipt or email you and don’t answer the phone when they know your number. Do not trust them they are rip off merchants!

I wish I had read the reviews before I used this company. Took my money and didn't complete the job. Now they just blank the phone and can't get my money back.

How this company is still trading is beyond me. They are the worst garage for ripping people off. Their work is shoddy if done at all. They want money up front I was taken for a lot of money. The guy knew I had 2 friends plus my sister had died and taken advantage of me at a low time, do not use this garage. Read all the reviews and take note hopefully his morals will backfire on him.
