About the Business
Simon, Andy and Kevin all worked at MCS VW/Audi (latterly known as JCB) and decided it was time to bring excellent service to customers through their own business. They aspired to look after the customers and keep their retention high.
It is their aim that all servicing and repair work that GMS Kent undertakes will be carried out to the highest standards using only quality products which support GMS Kent's aim of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and excellent customer service.
GMS are an established local business based in Maidstone, Kent. They have a friendly atmosphere towards all of our customers and work to exceptionally high standards. They want you to leave with a positive impression of GMS Kent and obviously want you to tell all your friends and family about the service that you've received. If however, for ANY reason you feel as though they've missed the mark then tehy would really hope you'd spend the time to let them know so that they can improve.
