About the Business
VAST Saab specialists & MOT centre was founded by friends Harry & Garry. Harry, a Saab master technician and Gary, a Saab senior technician both faced redundancies in April 09 when Robert Bowett Saab in Huddersfield was shut down. Having a great passion for their day to day job they decided to continue their love for Saab and opened VAST Saab specialists in May 09.
Harry started working at the main Saab dealers when he was only 16 years old starting off as an Apprentice. He worked his way up the ranks over the years through the challenging Saab training program at the Saab academy to become a Master technician. He now has 13 years experience under his belt and is well known throughout the Saab dealer network. Helping many Saab dealers around the UK and many independent local Saab specialists with technical help and solutions. Garry has 6 years experience as a Saab senior technician with a very strong mechanical background.
