Kabel Cars

The company was founded in 1968 by David Blake, Kabel being an anagram of his surname. He started repairing vehicles in his parent's garage in Southampton and also started chauffeuring for a number of clients, including what was then Southern Television.

In 2012 we opened the garage at 34, Albert Street to maintain our vehicles and to follow our passion of restoring and modifying classic cars. We have a wide range of expertise, covering a plethora of makes and models from 1960's VWs and Rolls Royces up to modern Fords and Mercedes. We also turn our hand to our other passion, boat engines, both diesel and petrol, inboard and outboard.
